3D-scanner
3D-scanner – a device that analyzes the physical object and on the basis of the data it creates a 3D-model.
Applies to:
- Engineering. Recreating the design documentation for the product is used, if necessary, to reproduce the item on the drawings that are lost, or when the item is manufactured without drawings. For example, even to existing drawings may be limited access for a variety of reasons. To direct the auto-tuning 3D scanning is sorely needed because automakers are kept secret by its documentation and new developments.
- Design in the industry. Usually there is a new creation of the layout manually or communicated its predecessor. It passes through the digitization of 3D scanner, followed by a treatment in the computer, followed by the production of the product or mold on the control. An industrial design include: the development of packaging of objects with complex shapes, creating computer models of cartoon characters or video games on the author’s idea, digitization of sculptures, bas-reliefs and statues, manufacture of spare parts and accessories for the production of wide application, production of exclusive furniture and fireplaces.
Obtained by scanning 3D-models can be further processed by CAD tools for the development of manufacturing technology (CAM) and engineering analysis (CAE). To output of 3D-models can be used by tools such as 3D-monitor and 3D-printer.
We offer – processing of 3D-models of the scanner.
